Donald Baldeosingh BSc (Eng) MSc, Group President & Director Engineering Services

Donald completed the B.Sc. Electrical Engineering and M.Sc. Electronics & Instrumentation degrees at the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine, Trinidad), a Dutch Fellowship in Energy Management as well as several short courses in management, energy development and technical areas.

He underwent the Engineer-in-Training programme at the Trinidad & Tobago Electricity Commission and took up engineering and management positions in the local industry.  He implemented major projects involving computer systems, power distribution and industrial process control.  His areas of activity include executive leadership, project conceptualisation and development, business development and international consultancy.  He has chaired and made presentations at several international conferences.

He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited and four (4) associated companies.  There he led a major corporate transformation of the state owned enterprise towards a performance based culture. Donald served as a member of the Industry Advisory Board of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the first non American to serve there.

Aldwyn received his professional accreditation from the London University B.Sc. (Eng.), College of Technology Bournemouth, College of Technology Leicester and School of Non-Destructive Testing.  He received special training at Central Electricity Generating Board and Brush Engineering in the UK. 

His work experience covers Power Station Construction and Maintenance, Risk Assessment, Inspections and Non-Destructive Testing.  He has designed and conducted many Specialised Training Courses including Occupational Health and Safety, Operation / Maintenance of Boilers, Switchgear, Compressors and Diesel Generators from Craft to Engineering Level.

Aldwyn has held the positions of Power Station Manager and Project Manager for Power Stations Construction, Deputy Chairman of the Port Authority, Chairman of the National Training Board and member of the Board of Engineering of Trinidad & Tobago.  He has also served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Trinidad & Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC). He holds several professional affiliations including Founder Member, Past President and Fellow of the APETT, CEng, FIMechE, FIEE, FASME. He is a member of the National Committee on Non-Destructive Testing

Sahadeo P. Partap, Director Field Services

Sahadeo graduated with a Technician's Diploma from the RCA Institute in New York.  He worked as a Teacher before joining Fedchem Ltd. (now YARA Trinidad Ltd.) and then Fertrin (now PCS Nitrogen Ltd.). 

He has extensive experience in plant construction, pre-commissioning, start-up and maintenance of Hydrogen, Ammonia, Ammonium Sulphate, Urea and Utilities Plants.  He has undergone intensive training in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems together with Supervision and Manufacturer-specific courses. 

Sahadeo has ten years experience at the supervisory level.  He has been extensively involved in turn-around planning and co-ordination, technician training, scheduling and field supervision.  He installed and cut-over Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Compressor Antisurge Controls. Sahadeo is also a successful entrepreneur and cultural activist. 

Melanie Tikasingh BA, Office Manager

Melanie graduated from the University of the West Indies with a B.A. degree in Languages.  She has worked as a Teacher for several years and as a community worker with an NGO.  

She joined the ENMAN team working on two of its major projects – the establishment of a Call Centre in Grenada and the development of a Hydropower Project in Guyana.  Her efforts are now concentrated on the latter, along with another of the Group’s projects to disseminate health related information throughout Trinidad & Tobago.

Melanie has completed several administrative courses to meet the demands of her various endeavours. 

Nizam Saladeen BSc (Eng) Dip Mgt Studies MSc, Engineering Manager

Nizam has a wide range of experience including plant maintenance both onshore and off shore, vehicle fleet management and maintenance and teaching. His entrepreneurial side saw him having a successful retail operation in Canada. He has managed large and small projects, developed and managed health and safety systems and managed major projects. Nizam is involved in community work and has served on the boards of directors of state owned and private companies.

Prematte Sookram, Company Secretary & Supervisor of Accounts

Prematte joined the Group in 1995 having worked in banking for several years. She has worked in every part of the operations and handles the accounting system as well as shipping.
